Description

The Walker sisters were one of the last folks to live within the national park. The park system bought their land but let them continue to live in the house. We went out for a hike to try to catch the fireflies at the cabin hoping it would make a great backdrop. There weren't as many as hoped for, but the scene was still magnificent. I can only imagine the quiet solitude of living here.
